This is not, by any stretch of the imagination, about me. I am just a vessel for delivering, unlocking, opening, changing, flipping, cracking, restoring, creating and unleashing the potential within you.

I have a diverse background of industry experience from hospitality, sports science & nutrition, investing, real estate, development, construction, health & wellness and project management. I am a lover of life, although my journey has had its fair share of ups & downs. But isn’t grace a beautiful thing? Favour is just as beautiful and earthshaking.

We all have a choice. Choices lead us down paths and paths take us on journeys. It is interesting that your journey right now has led you to reading this exact sentence. Chance? I think not. Choice? I think so.

I have always wanted to push boundaries and tap into that which only seemed a few people could ever reach. Thus, leading to the birth of Taking Ground. It is a creation not of my own, but of something that has been etched on my heart since before I can remember. I always wanted to help people, but could never quite put framework around it to make it something tangible. Until now.
